From a German family background in the Wood Care sector dating back to 1928, Borma Wachs was born in Italy in 1973 as a producer of touch-up products for wood repair.

From this humble beginning the skill and professionalism of the founder technician was expanded quite quickly by market demand into waxes and progressively into wood fillers and natural oils for maintenance and finishing applications.

The success of the operation over the next 30 was consolidated in 2003 into the launch of Borma Professional Products or B.P.S. occupying a sizeable Industrial Unit in a locality near Venice, close to one of the largest concentration of wood furniture manufacturing in Italy.

A major fire in 2008 was the lever to a move into even larger premises at the current location. BPS is recognized as the market leader in Italy in the Wood Care Section and has a considerable presence in Europe and in many other parts of the world.

Borma Wachs, the product, is now represented in the UK by AT Trading and Tradesman Direct on line.
